Chocolate Cherry Dump Cake
This is not one of those recipes that involves a ton of preparation, in fact, it requires basically no preparation at all. It's so simple but also super delicious! Dump pie filling, cake mix, and some butter in a crock pot and, in 3 1/2 hours, you have a bubbling pot of sweet and gooey goodness. Try it with any kind of pie filling and cake mix - apple pie filling and yellow cake would be a delicious combo as well!
Ingredients:
2 cans cherry pie filling
1 box chocolate cake mix
1/2 stick unsalted butter, cubed
In a crock pot, pour the cherry pie filling in the bottom and then top with the cake mix. Distribute the butter over the top and place the lid on. Set the crock pot on high and cook for 3 1/2 hours. Serve immediately.
